My name is Adam and I’m the business manager at Encompass Mental Health. While that title might sound a little stuffy, I can assure you that isn’t me at all. Like Emily, my goal is to welcome you with a smile and a friendly greeting and to offer you the finest cup of coffee or tea our office Keurig can produce. Besides my duties as a coffee connoisseur, I will also work with you to answer any of your insurance and billing questions. These areas can be confusing; I want to make sure you are comfortable with what you and/or your insurance company’s financial responsibilities are.
