Encompass Mental Health is a counseling agency in Sioux Falls, SD. We are seeking to add an assistant officer manager to the team. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, self-driven, believes in a team-first approach, and above all else has a passion for helping others.
Job Details
- Part-time hours (full-time hours will be available in the future)
- 25 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- Monday – Thursday 12 pm to 5:30 pm
- Friday 9 am to 12 pm
- $19 per hour
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in clients when they arrive for a session
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule new client intakes and current clients both over the phone and in-person
- Contact clients on the behalf of therapists via phone and email
- Process client payments at time of service
- Light office cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, garbage, bathrooms)
- Other clerical duties including emailing, data entry, office supply ordering
- Attend monthly meetings to stay up to date with current happenings within Encompass
Requirements
- Proficient working on a computer (you’ll spend a lot of time there)
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel is priority)
- Adherence to professional ethical standards
- Work from Sioux Falls, SD office
- Prior office management experience is not required, but a HUGE plus
