If you plan to use your health insurance to pay for all or a portion of your therapy services, please verify that our therapists are an in-network provider with your insurance company before scheduling an appointment. To do this, you may visit your health insurance’s website or call the number located on your health insurance card. If we anen’t listed as an in-network provider with your health insurance company, you may have to pay a higher co-pay or co-insurance, or possibly all of the cost of the therapy appointment.

To schedule an appointment online, use our appointment scheduler. If you choose to schedule an appointment online, you will be required to provide your first and last name and an email address. The online scheduler complies with HIPAA regulations regarding encryption of information, but if you are uncomfortable in any way with having to provide your name and email, please call the office by phone to schedule an appointment.
